How It Works

Our process is clear, collaborative, and built to scale.

1. Submit Your Project

Start by submitting your sound files, notes, and what you’re looking to achieve. Not ready or still scoping it out? You can always request a free quote or contact us for guidance. → There is a one-time, non-refundable $25 onboarding fee to kick things off. Ongoing or repeat projects will have the option to wave this fee.

2. We’ll Review & Quote It

Within 24–72 business hours, you’ll get professional feedback and a proposed plan of action. Our team will review your submission, assess the scope, and follow up with a personalized project plan — including pricing, estimated turnaround time, and recommended next steps.

3. You Approve. We Work.

Once approved, we handle the engineering, editing, and production on our end. Our engineers will start crafting your sound — mixing, editing, enhancing, and polishing every detail. You’ll receive a demo version of your project so you can hear the progress.

4. Final Demo & Delivery

Once you’ve reviewed and approved the demo, we’ll send the final invoice. After payment is received, we’ll release your full-resolution, final version — delivered directly to your inbox, ready to go live.
