No — the $25 onboarding fee is non-refundable. It covers the time and resources needed for file review, engineering prep, and project scoping. However, if you are sending in an ongoing project, like a monthly podcast, the fee is not necessary for this project. It will be if required if a new service/project is requested, or if this is your first project with us.

Yes — after we finish your initial audio draft, you’ll receive a preview version to review. Final files are released once you’ve approved the demo and completed the final payment.

We understand that creative work evolves. If you need to make changes mid-process, we’ll re-scope the project and adjust the quote if needed — always with transparency and clear communication.

We typically include 1–2 rounds of minor revisions with each custom project. Need more? No problem — we offer additional revision packages based on your project needs.
