Frequently Asked Questions

No walk-ins. No studio bookings. Just high-level sound, engineered from anywhere. We’ll work directly with you — building long-term solutions for ongoing content or project-based needs.

Nope. We’re 100% digital — all you need is your project and a vision. We’ll handle the rest, no matter where you're located.

Most projects are turned around within 5–10 business days depending on scope. Larger or more complex jobs (e.g., multi-track podcasts, full album mixes, custom sound design) may take longer. We’ll always set expectations before the project begins.

Custom services vary based on complexity, turnaround time, and deliverables. Once we review your project details, we’ll provide a clear quote and breakdown — no guesswork or surprises.

No — the $25 onboarding fee is non-refundable. It covers the time and resources needed for file review, engineering prep, and project scoping. However, if you are sending in an ongoing project, like a monthly podcast, the fee is not necessary for this project. It will be if required if a new service/project is requested, or if this is your first project with us.

That’s totally fine. You can still request a free quote or contact us to start the conversation. We’ll help you figure out what you need and how to move forward.

Yes — after we finish your initial audio draft, you’ll receive a preview version to review. Final files are released once you’ve approved the demo and completed the final payment.

We understand that creative work evolves. If you need to make changes mid-process, we’ll re-scope the project and adjust the quote if needed — always with transparency and clear communication.

Once you’re ready, use our Sound Submission Form to upload your files. Or you can click the "Send Us Your Sounds" button below. If you’re not sure what to send, reach out and we’ll guide you through it.

We typically include 1–2 rounds of minor revisions with each custom project. Need more? No problem — we offer additional revision packages based on your project needs.

Minor revisions are things like adjusting levels, swapping out an effect, tightening up a transition, or making EQ tweaks. Larger edits (e.g., changing vocal takes, reworking arrangements) may require an adjusted quote.

Yes — but changes requested after project approval and final delivery may be billed separately, depending on the scope. We’ll always confirm with you before starting any post-delivery updates.

Yes — rush options are available! Let us know your timeline up front, and we’ll confirm availability and pricing for expedited delivery.

We love ongoing work. For recurring projects (e.g., weekly podcasts, monthly audio requests), we can set up a custom workflow and pricing plan that works with your schedule and goals.
